{"id":404,"date":"2019-01-07T13:47:04","date_gmt":"2019-01-07T13:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/munramallo.zapto.org:8083\/wordpress\/?page_id=404"},"modified":"2023-03-20T12:10:26","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T12:10:26","slug":"tasas-municipales","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/haciendaramallo.com.ar\/?page_id=404","title":{"rendered":"Tasas Municipales"},"content":{"rendered":"<table style=\"border-color: #b4ed9A;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h5><strong><u>PLAN DE FACILIDADES DE PAGO VIGENTE \u2013 MUNICIPALIDAD DE RAMALLO<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pueden cancelarse obligaciones correspondientes a <em>tasas<\/em>, <em>derechos<\/em>, <em>contribuciones<\/em> y <em>multas<\/em> originadas en infracciones municipales, adeudados al <em><u> 31 de Diciembre de 2022.<\/u><\/em> Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n incluirse aquellas obligaciones que se encuentren actualmente en Gesti\u00f3n Judicial.<\/li>\n<li>El mismo tendr\u00e1 vigencia hasta el el 30 de junio de 2023.-\n<p>Las obligaciones tributarias regularizadas mediante el presente r\u00e9gimen recibir\u00e1n el siguiente tratamiento en funci\u00f3n de la modalidad de pago adoptada por el contribuyente:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\"><strong>Modalidad<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"258\"><strong>Descuento de Intereses por mora<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">CONTADO<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">100%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">3 cuotas<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">85%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">6 cuotas<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">65%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">12 cuotas<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">50%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">24 cuotas<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">25%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">36 cuotas<\/td>\n<td width=\"258\">0%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>La T.E.M (Tasa Efectiva Mensual) a utilizar ser\u00e1 del 3,5%.-<\/p>\n<p>Para el c\u00e1lculo de las CUOTAS se utilizar\u00e1 Sistema Franc\u00e9s. Las mismas ser\u00e1n mensuales, iguales y consecutivas y no podr\u00e1n ser inferiores a $4.000 (pesos cuatro mil) cada una.<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3mo adherirse?
